“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JAYCO GREYHAWK RV. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR EXIT WINDOW LATCH WAS LOOSE. THE CONTACT REACHED OUT WHITE HORSE RV CENTER LOCATED AT 980 N BLACK HORSE PIKE, WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ 08094, [removed], AND NOTIFIED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED.”
