What Jaguar E-PACE owners have reported to NHTSA, the service bulletins the manufacturer sent dealers, and any federal defect investigations, by model year. See Jaguar E-PACE safety recalls or check your VIN.
Complaints owners filed with NHTSA, by the model year of the vehicle. A high count can also mean a popular year, so compare it with how many were sold.

I own a 2018 Jaguar E-PACE that recently failed the Virginia state safety inspection due to a problem involving the fuel system/fuel rail. The vehicle and affected components are available for inspection upon request. The primary symptom was a strong smell of raw gasoline. There were no warning lights or messages on the dashboard. The vehicle was also driving normally, with no noticeable change in performance. The gasoline odor was the only noticeable symptom before the problem was identified. The vehicle failed a Virginia state safety inspection because of the fuel-system/fuel-rail issue. After the failed inspection, I took the vehicle to a separate independent mechanic, who confirmed the…
Engine fuel rail leak and Engine feed line leak. Starting the car has a raw fuel smell inside the cabin of the car. Took the car to jaguar and they said nothing was wrong. Took the car to a jaguar specialty shop and they revealed the fuel rail needed a "recall" similar to the 2017+ Jaguar F-Pace for the fuel rail, and 2 engine feed lines. Safety is put at risk by introducing fuel fumes into the cabin of the car, and leaking fuel with the possibility of detonation. The problem has been inspected by a Jaguar specialist, there aren't any warning lights or indicators outside of the fuel smell in the car. This is the same thing that happened in my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. Same fuel smell, same issue…
I WAS DRIVING THE CAR AND THERE WERE NO INDICATIONS OF AN ISSUE. THEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAM ON AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO FLASH AND BEFORE i COULD GET TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THE ENGINE JUST SHUT OFF.
The contact owns a 2021 Jaguar E-Pace. The contact stated that while driving and coming to a stop light or stop sign, the automatic stop start caused the vehicle when stopped and light or stop sign, the vehicle stalled. The issue also occurred while driving on a roadway, the vehicle stalled when stopped. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and did a multi point inspection. updated the module however the issue persisted. The issue happened multi times and taken to the dealer, where it was then said the the issue could not be duplicated. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 27,703.
My 2019 Jaguar E-PACE is showing code P26CB related to coolant pump performance. The vehicle is experiencing the same coolant/water pump failure symptoms reported in similar Jaguar vehicles, but my VIN was excluded from coverage. This issue creates risk of overheating, engine damage, and possible loss of power while driving. I believe additional affected VINs may not have been included because my vehicle is now showing the same known failure symptoms despite not being covered.
The contact called on behalf of the owner of a 2018 Jaguar E-Pace. The contact stated that since the vehicle was purchased, an abnormal fuel odor had been emitting from the vehicle. The contact stated that the abnormal smell persisted. The contact stated that the fuel odor was strong when filling up the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to several independent mechanics who diagnosed that fuel was leaking into the engine bay. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was contacted, however, and refused to inspect or diagnose the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified and referred the contact to the dealer. The contact stated that the vehicle was consuming excessive fuel and the failure was worsen…
OEM windshield, vehicle has no accidents or damage. Windshield seal failed. Can push the windshield away from the frame and has water intrusion. Unknown how much of the seal and dash electronics are compromised. Safety concern catastrophic failure of a windshield while driving or loss of electronics resulting in loss of driver control. No picture of seal failure available as it requires destructive testing.
Vehicle Information 2020 Jaguar E-PACE VIN: [XXX] Approx. mileage: 84,000 Component Affected: Powertrain / Cooling System / Engine Complaint Description: My 2020 Jaguar E-PACE began showing coolant-related warnings and mechanical issues around 60,000 miles. Despite professional servicing, the vehicle experienced a catastrophic failure at 84,000 miles. The vehicle is now completely inoperable and parked dead in my garage. Jaguar Land Rover provided contradictory instructions: they advised I visit a JLR retailer, but later questioned me for adding oil at a certified shop. Most concerning is that Ms. Jeane Meyer, Executive Liaison at JLR, closed the case without even offering an inspection…

Arduous customer drive cycles have been found to accelerate the degradation of engine oil, leading to generation of engine oil sludge deposits in high pressure engine oil galleries of the engine and inside the Continuous Variable Valve Lift (CVVL) unit.

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2018–2024, owners most often name: engine, unknown or other, electrical system. 26 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
