“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 ITASCA NAVION 24J RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN WOULD NOT FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.”
