“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 ITASCA MERIDIAN RV. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 60 MPH WHEN THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE AWNING SLIDE COVER STARTED TO DETACH FROM THE MOTOR HOME. THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE ALSO INOPERABLE. IN ADDITION, THE BOLTS THAT ATTACHED THE HOUSING TO THE CHASSIS WERE MISSING.”
