This was a rental truck and I am not the owner, just the operator. The headlights are too bright and I have almost been crashed onto when other drivers were blinded by the headlights. I am not sure but believe this is the first year this model truck has these bright led headlights.
This is a long term rental truck, 2024 Isuzu FTR, and not owned by me. The headlights are too bright. Other drivers flash me thinking I have the brights on but they are the regular headlights. My wife was driving in front of me in a car and almost crashed because she said my headlights are too bright and blinded her. The dealer said they are aimed correct and are just bright. The truck is brand new and never been in an accident.
THE VEHICLES STEERING IS EXTREMELY LOOSE, IT SWIMS IN THE LANE WHEN OPERATING ON A HIGHWAY AT SPEEDS ABOVE 45 MPH WHICH IS DANGEROUS. WE TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER AND HAD ALL THE WHEELS ALIGNED AND BALANCED, BUT IT DID NOT HELP. I HOLD MY CDL-A AND HAVE DRIVEN A VARIETY OF TRUCKS, THIS IS NOT GOOD.
Repair instructions and other communications the manufacturer sent dealers about known issues. A TSB is not a recall, and the repair is usually free only while the car is under warranty; ask your dealer for the bulletin number.

We have received reports of the front turn signal lenses cracking on Isuzu vehicles. These lenses are cracking from the effects of being washed with alkaline detergents. Alkaline detergents are typically used in industrial settings and are reactive with the paint, metals, and other materials used to make up the exterior components of Isuzu vehicles. Isuzu recommends that only neutral detergents be used when washing Isuzu vehicles. However, if alkaline detergents are used to wash an Isuzu vehicle, it is crucial that all traces of the detergent are rinsed away with water or wiped off a
Isuzu Motors Limited has decided that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety, exists in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 model year F-Series vehicles. The jam nut for the steering stopper bolt on the left side may loosen and allow the bolt to back away from the steering knuckle. This could result in an increase in the turning radius of the vehicle in left turns, which could make it difficult to make sharp turns. If the vehicle's turning radius is increased, there is an increased risk of a crash. A prior recall (19V-467) was conducted to address this issue, but we have identified this cond

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2018–2024, owners most often name: exterior lighting, steering. 3 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
