“The engine/engine management system malfunctioned. The vehicle began repeatedly stalling and shutting off while I was driving and while stopped in traffic. The vehicle is now no longer able to start and run and will need to be towed to a Hyundai dealer.”

“The power steering on my car stopped working entirely right after startup and would not return after multiple restarts. The dealership has replaced the steering torque sensor but the problem returned less than a month later. Without power steering, the car is not safe to drive.”

“I was driving the speed limit, not going fast, when suddenly the power steering went out, it is an EPS system. I pulled over, cycled the car on and off and it fixed the problem, for now at least. I have seen several other people have this same issue, it needs to be addressed by hyundai.”

“Gas was shooting out of my gas tank cap, strong gasoline smells in and out side the vehicle, popping noise coming from the back from the gas tank expanding so much it pushed up the rear seat. This puts me and others at risk of fire, explosion and toxic exposure. This problem has been reproduced.”
