We lock the door to our motorhome via the indoor turning lock every night. In the morning the door would not unlock. It took a lot of jiggling to finally open it. To keep it from happening again we zip tied the lock to the door handle as shown in the picture attached. We live in the motorhome and were fearful of entrapment since that is the only man door
On 8/9/23 my diesel RV on a Freightliner chassis threw a 3664 code for a bad Diesel Exhaust Fluid sensor. Lucky I was only 20 miles from home and made it home before the engine derated. I could have easily been stranded on the side of the interstate putting myself and my family in danger. I had to replace the entire diesel exhaust fluid head to fix the problem as the sensor is not a separate part. This seems to be a very common problem for this to go bad and is a huge safety issue. I now carry a spare head in case this happens again as the parts are hard to find.

FRONT GENERATOR SLIDING DOOR IS TOO LOW AND HAS POOR LATCHING CAUSING THE DOOR TO HIT SMALL HUMPS / INCLINES THEN OPEN LATER AT AN UNINTENDED TIME. TWICE I HAVE BLOCKED TRAFFIC TRYING TO GET IT BACK UNDER THE COACH AFTER SEEMINGLY RANDOM OPENINGS. REPAIR COSTS FOR THIS POOR DESIGN IS RIDICULOUS. IT IS A ROAD HAZARD.
PURCHASED HOLIDAY RAMBLER ENDEAVOR 40E COACH ON 8 MARCH 2017, ON THE DRIVE FROM ALVARADO TEXAS TO LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS THE GENERATOR DOOR KEPT SLIDING OUT WE HAD TO STOP 3 OR 4 TIMES TO SLIDE THE DRAWER BACK IN. HAD THIS REPAIRED 3 TIMES, IN THE END I REPAIRED IT MYSELF TO KEEP THE DRAWER FROM COMING OUT. LATCH MOUNTING BRACKET DID NOT HAVE ANY LOCK WASHERS/NUTS, SO I INSTALLED THEM MYSELF. THE FRONT OF THE COACH IS VERY LOW AND HITS ON EVERY DIP IN THE ROAD. IT IS SO LOW I DRAG GOING IN AND OUT OF GAS STATIONS AND RV PARKS, ANYWHERE THEIR IS DIP, BUMP OR INCLINE OF ANY KIND. FIRST INCIDENT HAPPENED WHEN THE GENERATOR DOOR FLEW OPEN WHEN I HAD TO HIT THE BRAKES HARD. AT THE SAME TIME I H…
1.) THE SLIDE OUTS GATHER WATER ON TOP UNDER THE AWNING TOPPERS DURING RAIN EVENTS. WHEN THE SLIDE OUTS ARE RETRACTED INTO THE COACH YOU CAN HEAR AND SEE THE WATER BEING PUSHED OFF THE TOP. HOWEVER, ALL OF THE WATER IS NOT CLEARED FROM THE TOP OF THE SLIDE AS ONE WOULD ASSUME. WHEN I STARTED TO DRIVE AWAY AFTER COMPLETING MY PRE TRIP CHECKLIST I CAME TO A STOP AT THE 1ST STOP LIGHT AND WAS DRENCHED BY COLD WATER ON MY HEAD, NECK AND BACK WHILE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT DRIVING THE RV. THIS CAUSED ME TO JUMP FROM THE SEAT AND RELEASE THE PEDALS AS I WAS NOW STANDING ROLLING THROUGH THE INTERSECTION. THIS WAS VERY SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST AS APPROXIMATELY 2-3 GALLONS OF COLD WATER HIT ME WHEN I APP…
Repair instructions and other communications the manufacturer sent dealers about known issues. A TSB is not a recall, and the repair is usually free only while the car is under warranty; ask your dealer for the bulletin number.
This tool is designed to compare Diamond Logic feature data across multiple vehicle configuration files. It allows users to quickly load files either manually or directly from the Diamond Logic Builder Vehicles folder using VIN-based selection. As files are added or removed, the comparison runs automatically with no manual action required. The program presents results in an interactive table that shows feature codes, descriptions, access levels, and whether each feature is present in each selected file. Built-in search, filtering, and sorting make it easy to locate specific features or focus o

In some geographic areas, ambient temperatures reaching below 15°F (-10 °C), including high levels of humidity, an operator may experience engine stalling, low performance, and or poor aftertreatment performance. This is caused by condensation accumulating and freezing within the Charge Air Cooler (CAC); affecting air flow into the engine. This article lists all the currently available winter front covers that can be installed on the front grille and bumper to reduce cold air flow to the engine compartment.

Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation public data (complaints, manufacturer communications, investigations), model years 2010 and later. Had a safety problem? Report it to NHTSA.
In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2021, owners most often name: structure, electrical system, engine. 10 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
