“The contact owns a 2019 Heartland Sundance. The contact stated that when inspecting the vehicle, the furnace was not anchored securely. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer who confirmed that the furnace and toilet had been incorrectly installed by the manufacturer.”
