“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HEARTLAND SUNDANCE 5TH WHEEL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER FAILED TO OPERATE WHEN ACTIVATED DUE TO A SHORT CIRCUIT. THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED EIGHT DIFFERENT TIMES AND THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED EACH TIME BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.”
