On Thursday, April 15, 2021, at approximately 1415, I was traveling east on I-10 in Florida at approximately Mile Marker 130, when I felt my travel trailer start to sway, looked in my passengers side rear-view mirror and noticed tire pieces flying everywhere. I immediately slowed to a stop as I pulled to the shoulder of the road. By the time I pulled to the side of the road the tire had disintegrated, there was nothing left of the tire but the beads, and the wheel was damaged. When the tire blew out, I was on an overpass when the trailer began to sway back and forth. Since it is a single axle trailer it sways more than a tandem axle would. Fortunately, I installed a weight distribution …
When we got the trailer we started going through tires. We replaced 4 or 5 tires. The RV ran out of the one year warranty. We took the vehicle to an RV dealer and found out the axles were bent. I contacted CampingWorld and they told me to pound sand. IT was not there problem. We had the axles replaced with the manufacturerâs specified axles. We then broke a leaf spring. We took the camper in again, and the axles are BOWED which means there is too much weight on the axles. We had the camper weighed. It weighs 6800 pounds. The axles are rated for 3500 EACH or 7000 pounds. The brochure that comes with the camper says that it weighs 6175. I do not believe that. We do not have a lo…

Repair instructions and other communications the manufacturer sent dealers about known issues. A TSB is not a recall, and the repair is usually free only while the car is under warranty; ask your dealer for the bulletin number.
On certain 2021 Heartland Fuel, Torque, Sundance, Pioneer, Prowler travel trailers and 2021 Heartland Cyclone, Gravity, Fuel, Torque, Big Horn Traveler, Milestone, Elkridge fifth Wheels, an assembly error by our external vendor could cause the actuator to not allow the slide room to retract.
It has been determined that the sidewall header for the slide room opening is insufficient to support the weight and could over time sag causing a gap in the slide room seal. This gap could allow water penetration.

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
