“WAS TRAVELING EAST BOUND I-10 13 MILES EAST OF DESERT CENTER CA. DRIVING AT 60 MILES PER HOUR MY LEFT FRONT TIRE ON THE TRAILER HAD A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE. I PULLED TO THE SIDE GOT OUT AND UPON INSPECTION OF OTHER TIRES I FOUND ANOTHER TIRE WITH BUBBLE ON THE SIDE WALL.”
