“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HEARTLAND CYCLONE TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH DELTA HI-RUN TIRES, SIZE ST235/80/R16. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE FAILED AND EXPLODED. THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE PANELS OF THE TRAILER WERE DESTROYED. THE BRAKE LIGHT WIRING WAS ALSO DAMAGED.”
