“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHTK. WHILE RIDING 70 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SLOW THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN BY DEPRESSING THE CLUTCH; HOWEVER, THE CLUTCH FAILED. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, WHILE AT HOME, THE MOTORCYCLE WAS SHIFTED INTO GEAR AND ACCELERATED BEFORE THE CLUTCH WAS RELEASED.”
