“WHILE TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 45-50 MILES PER HOUR ON A TWO-LANE COUNTRY ROAD, A DEER STRUCK MY VEHICLE. THE FRONT GRILLE, RADIATOR, AND FIBERGLASS WERE DAMAGED. A STRONG BURNING SMELL BECAME APPARENT AND A 'SERVICE AIRBAG' WARNING MESSAGE APPEARED, BUT THE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY.”

“I CAN NOT ROLL DOWN A BACK WINDOW DRIVING ABOVE 25 MPH WITHOUT AN EAR-PIERCING NOISE CREATED IN THE CABIN. IT HAS ALWAYS HAPPENED EVERY TIME THE BACK WINDOW IS OPENED WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE TO CLOSE THE WINDOWS EVERY TIME. IT HURTS OUR EARS AND IS VERY DISTRACTING.”
