- Risk
- The incorrect wiring may not make adequate contact, increasing the amperage and risk of a fire.
- Fix
- Dealers will replace the wiring and outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 29, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-503-831-5410.

- Risk
- A tire can be overinflated after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Fix

- Risk
- Unprotected wiring can increase the risk of a fire.
- Fix

- Risk
- A door that remains locked can prevent or delay occupants from evacuating during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.
- Fix

The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
- Risk
- Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
- Fix
- Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the clip-on bracket as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2025.
