“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER VIBE 311RLS. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE WIRES FROM THE AXLE WERE WRAPPED AROUND THE TIRE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO STEER OFF THE ROAD AND STOP THE VEHICLE.”
