“CHASSIS CROSS MEMBER SUPPORT FOR POTABLE WATER TANK NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY FROM NEW. THIS RESULTED IN THE TANK, WHICH COULD WEIGH 400# WHEN FULL, HANGING FROM THE FILLER PIPE. THE FAULT IS OBSCURED BY A CORRUGATED PLASTIC UNDERBELLY COVER.”
