The front of the trailer where the aluminum top section meets The lower section is separating where they meet. The upper section has a half inch lip that The lower section is supposed to fit into but there is nothing to hold it in place , no screws or bolts there unless perhaps it was glued at the factory and the glue gave up

There is many things currently wrong with this trailer as the floor is soft in many spots, the electrical for the pop out is on a fail safe and the manual override for this is in a location to not be accessed, the fresh water tanks and pump are having mechanical or some issues.

TWO CRACKS HAVE APPEARED ON THE FRAME. WE HAVE NEVER OVERLOADED THE VEHICLE. LIPPERT COMPONENTS DOESN'T FEEL THAT THIS IS A MANUFACTURING ISSUE.
3 BRAKES HAD DAMAGED GREASE SEALS. GREASE LEAKED AND COMPROMISED THE BRAKE SHOE FRICTION. REMAINING BRAKE USED UP ALL FRICTION MATERIAL IN LESS THAN 4,000 MILES OF DRIVING, RESULTING IN NO BRAKING CAPABILITIES. THE RESULT WAS A NEAR COLLISION. I WAS TRAVELING 45 MPH ON US101 NEAR SANTA BARBARA IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. ANOTHER CAR ATTEMPTED TO MERGE INTO THE SPACE MY TOW VEHICLE WAS OCCUPYING. I BRAKED HARD AND THE TRAILER, WITH NO BRAKING CAPACITY, TRIED TO PASS MY TOW VEHICLE IN HEAVY TRAFFIC WITH NO SHOULDERS AVAILABLE.
WHILE DRIVING DOWN A COUNTY ROAD PULLING MY FOREST RIVER STEALTH SS2216 TOY HAULER CAMPER, I HAD THE WELD BREAK BETWEEN THE AXEL AND SPINDLE CAUSING MY TIRE / WHEEL WITH SPINDLE TO COME OFF AND ROLE DOWN AND EMBANKMENT JUST MISSING PEOPLE. THE MAINTENANCE HAD BEEN FAITHFULLY COMPLETED TO THE BEARINGS BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT BROKE.

According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂhard resetÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàby disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards. This TSB may not be applicable for some vehicles.
It was discovered that the manufacturing plant did not cut a stress relief line in the upper deck Driver Side and in on certain models, Passenger Side under the slide room(s). The upper deck in the Impression Fifth-Wheel needs to flex, without the "stress relief cut" the sidewall filon may crack under the slide room(s).
Per the service bulletin from Dometic ?Dometic Corporation has identified a visual cosmetic defect that has occurred on our Dometic DM2652 refrigerators up in the freezer compartment. This does NOT occur on all units, but may be present on units with serial numbers starting with MB between 805xxxxx and 820XXXXX. The visual cosmetic defect in no way affects the performance, operation, safety, or function of the refrigerator and does not represent a non-compliance issue to one or more of the FMVSS standards or result in a risk of personal injury, death, vehicle crash, or property damage.?
