“The contact owns a 2021 Forest River Sierra Model 379FLOK travel trailer. The contact stated that while the travel trailer oven was in use, the heat vent on the back of the oven melted the backsplash. The travel trailer was not diagnosed nor repaired.”

“Recently I had the glass over my dining table shatter. My concern is not that it shattered, but the size of the shards.Although the glass shattered only after I shut the door on the trailer. It is my understanding that per ANSI Z26.1 that each shard should weigh no more than 4.25g.”
