“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FOREST RIVER SHASTA EQUIPPED WITH TOWMASTER TIRES, SIZE: 225/75R15 (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER AND THE REAR DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE TIRES BLEW OUT. THE TIRES WERE ORIGINAL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED.”
