“I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROADS IN COLORADO AND A CAR FLAGGED ME DOWN STATING MY HOLDING TANKS FELL OFF THE TRAILER I LOOKED AN THE FRONT HOLDING TANK HAD FALLEN OFF SOMEWHERE ON THE HIGHWAY DUE TO DEFECTIVE WELDS ON BRACKETS HOLDING TANK IN PLACE.”
