The contact owns a 2025 Forest River Rockwood. The contact stated there were tears developing on the awning on the passengerâs side of the trailer. The contact stated the awning was approximately 20 feet long and the largest tear was located towards the rear of the RV where the awning was attached to the trailer. The tear was approximately 41 inches long. The contact inspected the front of the awning and found a smaller tear of approximately 2 inches, which was also located where the awning was attached to the trailer. The contact stated that after activating the awning to retract into the travel position, the contact became aware that the two arms supporting the awning had not fully retra…
Dexter Torsion axle has experienced a sudden failure on one side. Trailer tire/rim has too much negative camber and is almost touching the inner fender. The space between tire and fender on the affected side is 1/2 as much as on the unaffected side of the travel trailer. The travel trailer has NEVER been overloaded and has NEVER hit anything to cause this problem. I do NOT feel safe towing this travel trailer anywhere, including to the dealer. Images of tag on axle and travel trailer ID tag are attached. THANK you for your time. Take care.
Repair instructions and other communications the manufacturer sent dealers about known issues. A TSB is not a recall, and the repair is usually free only while the car is under warranty; ask your dealer for the bulletin number.
According to GM Recall 26V399: "These vehicles may have a steering gear assembly with a nut that was not properly tightened. A loose nut that separates from the steering gear assembly while driving can cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash."
According to FORD Recall # 26S24, 26V204: "One or both of your vehicleâs windshield wiper arms may become stripped or damaged. This damage may result in erratic wiper arm speed, an inoperable wiper arm and/or a wiper arm becoming detached from the vehicle. An improperly functioning wiper arm may impair driver vision, increasing the risk of a crash."
According to GM Recall # N252542620, 26V127: "Vehicles may have a tire with sidewall damage. A tire with sidewall damage may experience sudden air loss, potentially causing reduced or loss of vehicle control, which increases the risk of a crash."
According to FORD Recall 26C10/26V104: "It is possible that the trailer module (TRM) may lose communication at vehicle start-up. If a TRM loss of communication occurs and a trailer is connected to the vehicle, trailer stop lamps and turn signal indicators will not function. Additionally, for trailers equipped with electronic trailer brakes, the trailer brakes will not function. This loss of communication can occur with-or-without a trailer connected to the vehicle and can only initiate at vehicle start-up. If this occurs, a âTrailer Brake Module Faultâ notification will pop-up on the vehic

According to FCA Recall 03D/26V059: "The trailer tow module on your vehicle may experience a loss of trailer lighting and trailer brakes. The trailer turn signal will not flash when the vehicle turn signal lever is actuated and the trailer stop lights will not be activated upon application of the vehicle service brakes. This can cause a vehicle crash without a prior warning."
According to Ford Recall 26V090: "Certain vehicles may have been built without the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal, which can cause the brake booster pushrod to separate from the brake pedal. The brake booster pushrod may disconnect from the brake pedal. This can result in a loss of braking function while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Ford has issued a âdo not drive vehicleâ order. The vehicles in this program are not to be driven until the vehicle passes the inspection or the repair has been performed."
According to Ford Recall 25V726: "On your vehicle, it may be possible to experience a noisy, partially inoperable, or completely inoperable Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) blower motor. An inoperable or partially inoperable HVAC blower motor may affect windshield defrost and defogging capability, which can decrease visibility under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash."
According to Ford Recall 25V793: "According to Fordâs records, the remedy software for Safety Recall 20S73 may not have been installed correctly during a prior dealership visit. Because the correct software may not have been installed on your vehicle, the underlying condition specified in Safety Recall 20S73 may still exist. On your vehicle, it may be possible that the engine cover insulation does not fully extend to the perimeter of the factory engine cover. This may result in elevated temperatures at certain areas of the engine cover surface in the passenger compartment on both driver and

According to Ford Recall 25V315/25S49: "The infotainment screen may freeze followed by a black screen and a system reboot. If this occurs during a backing event, the rear-view image may be frozen, missing, or delayed. A frozen rear-view camera display image while in reverse can reduce the driverâs view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash."
According to General Motors/Chevrolet recall N242842680: "The brake pressure sensor assembly may allow brake fluid to leak beyond the diaphragm seal into the brake pressure switch. As a safety precaution, General Motors recommends that you park your vehicle outside until the remedy can be performed. The brake fluid may seep into the sensor assembly electrical components and short the brake pressure switch and associated fuse. If brake fluid shorts the brake pressure switch and the associated fuse, the circuit can generate excessive heat that could result in a fire, increasing the risk of injur

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2013–2026, owners most often name: equipment, structure, suspension. 2 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
