“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FOREST RIVER PUMA. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ATTACH THE VEHICLE TO THE TRAILER, THE CONTACT NOTICED FRAME AND WELDING DAMAGE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.”
