“CURB SIDE STRESS GLASS SHOWER PANEL EXPLODED SENDING SMALL AND TINY GLASS PARTICLES ALL OVER SHOWER AND BATHROOM FLOOR AND LAVATORY SINK. OCCURRED EITHER IN TRANSIT OR WHEN SITTING ON PARKING PAD AT MY HOME. FORTUNATELY NO ONE WAS IN BATHROOM OR VEHICLE WHEN OR WOULD HAVE CAUSED MULTIPLE WOUNDS.”
