I have severe structural issues that are causing rainwater to run into the wall of the RV and has created black mold. The seam from the roof membrane to the gutter was done in properly. It is only a year old. Inside the loadbearing Walls mind you this is a two-story RV with a very heavy upstairs with plywood floors are two by threes cut in half and space 19.5 inches apart without any cross boards in between the headers are three-quarter inch by 2 7/16 inch and the studs that are cutting in half are only three-quarter inch by 2 1/2 inch. The air conditioners were improperly installed where the ductwork was taped with HVAC tape completely covered with tape, causing the return error to mix with…
When I arrived at my campground the gray tank fell completely out of the underbelly. When checked it was only being held up by a thin plastic strap. Under further investigation the black tank and the 2nd gray tank wasn't secured by anything. Also the whole back wall leading to the patio is pulling away from the roof and walls of the rv. It could have fell out while traveling and could have hit a vehicle behind is and killed them. The wall could collapse and injure another person. The manufacturer knows about the issues and their only resolve is to leave us stranded with no vehicle to stay in while they keep our rv.

There have been numerous issues with our brand new 2026 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack 24-15 toyhauler. Went to de-winterize, coolant leaked all over the kitchen floor area, plumbing not connected, submitted for warranty. Back-up camera which was suppose to come with a monitor, did not and has not worked, submitted to warranty. Trim coming off in the bedroom and missing in the kitchen area behind the "Wolf Pack" sign, submitted for warranty. Soft spot in the floor of kitchen (panel not properly secured, found out today [XXX]), submitted to warranty. Linoleum …
I am the original owner of a 2021 Forest River Wolf Pack 325PACK13 fifth-wheel trailer (VIN: [XXX]), purchased new on [XXX]. The trailer is built on a Lippert Components chassis manufactured in September 2020. My trailer developed multiple structural cracks in the front overhang/pin box area of the frame. This is not a single crack. The damage includes multiple cracks in the steel chassis, separation between the fiberglass front cap and the trailer body, gaps between structural members beneath the floor, and movement throughout the front of the trailer. Because the pin box transfers all towing forces into the frame, I considered the trailer unsafe to tow and immediately removed it from ser…
Flex frame is failing: the front structural rv moves noticeable when pin box is pushed, which is leading to interior cracking and wall separation. Issues was not resolved with resolution fox in 2025. The flex Fram is still failing and Forrest River jas no resolution.
Tire exploded during highway use creating a hazard to everyone near by. This is the second time this brand exploded on this trailer, same brand, same tire, different batches. There also also hundreds of complaints online on these tires. Pressure was checked that same morning and was not used above 75mph
Tire size was ST 205 / 75 R 15. This tire experienced a significant belt separation failure that I fortunately noticed before departing our campsite. While doing a walk around inspection before departure, I noticed a severe tread deformity in the front passenger side tire on our camper. The tires were cold and the ambient air temperature was in the low 60's. Before removing the tire and wheel from the trailer, I checked the tire pressure on all 4 tires, and all were within 2 psi of the recommended 65 psi cold pressure, including the failing tire. I removed the wheel and tire assembly and deflated it for safety, and then took it to a local tires shop to replace the tire. They diagnosed it …
Repair instructions and other communications the manufacturer sent dealers about known issues. A TSB is not a recall, and the repair is usually free only while the car is under warranty; ask your dealer for the bulletin number.

According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂhard resetÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàby disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards. This TSB may not be applicable for some vehicles.
Manufacturing may have connected the freeze sensor wire to the ground of the 110v side of the air conditioner. This may cause the thermostat to become non-operable.
The Over the Range Microwave may not have been installed with the damper door.
As per Lippert Components Technical Service Bulletin 11-004-21. The slide room actuator was assembled incorrectly, which may cause the room to become stuck in the out position and prevent from fully retracting.
It was discovered that the manufacturing plant did not cut a stress relief line in the upper deck Driver Side and in on certain models, Passenger Side under the slide room(s). The upper deck in the Impression Fifth-Wheel needs to flex, without the "stress relief cut" the sidewall filon may crack under the slide room(s).
The Unloaded Vehicle Weight (UVW) listed on the Federal Placard and Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label have the potential to be higher than the actual weight therefore increasing the carrying capacity of the vehicle.
Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation public data (complaints, manufacturer communications, investigations), model years 2010 and later. Had a safety problem? Report it to NHTSA.
In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2026, owners most often name: tires, structure, unknown or other. 157 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
