“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE GREY WOLF TRAVEL TRAILER. THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH VAIL SPORT ST LH99 TIRES, SIZE 205/75/D14 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR TIRES WERE CRACKED AND THE TREAD WAS SEPARATING. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED.”
