“THE DUAL PANE THERMAL SIDE WINDOWS HAVE FOGGED UP TO THE EXTENT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE DUE TO NOT HAVING ACCESS TO VISIBILITY OF THE SIDE MIRRORS. IN FACT, WE WERE STOPPED, THANKFULLY NOT TICKETED, BYSTATE POLICE BECAUSE OF LACK OF VISIBILITY”
