The contact owns a 2016 Fleetwood Storm built on a 2016 Ford Motorhome chassis. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the floorboard was separated from the RV. The RV was taken to an independent mechanic, who was unable to provide a specific diagnosis but determined that the floorboard had become detached from the RV. The RV was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,000.
The wall and floor have repeatedly separated from the chassis to the point light shows between the wall and floor and the dash moves up and down uncontrollably. Fleetwood did attempt to repair the problem under warranty, but the fix was inadequate, and the problem continues to surface. As of now the visible wall separation extends from the passenger-side front end to behind the door and may go much further back and I am concerned that the body may completely separate from the chassis when in transit.

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2011–2018, owners most often name: structure, unknown or other, equipment. 19 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
