“The Opti-View Digital Dash module began delaminating causing cracks in the screen. This made it difficult to impossible to read the dashboard gauges including speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge & other operating gauges. I had to replace the dash module in order to safely operate the vehicle.”

“THIS IS EXTRACTED FROM A LETTER THAT I SENT TO FORD ON 24 JANUARY 2022. They never responded. I was horrified and shocked to see multiple (16 parts weighing in at about 6 pounds) components missing from the mounting hardware on the rear sway bar suspension.”
