“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FLEETWOOD BOUNDER RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HYDRAULIC LEVELING JACKS WERE BENT AND WERE UNABLE TO RETRACT BACK INTO THE HOUSING. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE OR MAKE USE OF ANY OF THE FIXTURES.”
