Upon inspecting the undercarriage of my RV, I discovered that the nut that secured the bolt for the anti-sway bar on the driver's side, rear axle was loose, to the point where I was able to remove it by hand. The RV has only 5,770 miles on it. Of relevance to this, while inspecting this unit prior to purchasing it in April, 2025, it was discovered that the nut for the anti-sway bar on the PASSENGER'S SIDE was missing. Upon pointing this out to the dealer (Le Mesa, Cape Coral, FL) it was replaced with a standard nut; not a nyloc nut as is OEM. I have a major issue with my 2023 Entegra Ethos Class B RV that I purchased new in June 2023 from La Mesa RV in Arizona. The vehicle currently has 14,083 miles. On a trip last week we began experiencing a severe vibration in the right rear of the van when driving highway speeds of 65 - 70 mph. I went to a tire store and was told that the tires are incorrect for the weight of this vehicle. Discount Tire has a policy that does not allow them to mount tires that do not meet the vehicle's specification. The contact owns a 2024 Entegra Ethos built on a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 Chassis. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V218000 (Equipment); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. The VIN was invalid; however, the chassis information was able to be decoded.
This Dodge Pro Master Van is the housing for my Entegra Ethos Li 20T RV camper van, Unit Serial No: [XXX]. It was manufactured by Jayco in their Entegra facility. I purchased this RV in Tampa, FL at the LazyDays Dealership. I was on my first long road trip with my vehicle and staying at the Elkhart Campground in Elkhart, IN. On August 12, 2022 I was driving my vehicle when the smoke alarm went off. I pulled off the road and got out quickly. Not seeing smoke, I entered the vehicle via the passenger side sliding door.
