What Entegra Aspire owners have reported to NHTSA, the service bulletins the manufacturer sent dealers, and any federal defect investigations, by model year. See Entegra Aspire safety recalls or check your VIN.
Complaints owners filed with NHTSA, by the model year of the vehicle. A high count can also mean a popular year, so compare it with how many were sold.

The contact owns a 2020 Entegra Aspire RV. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the emergency exit door window erroneously ejected from the RV. The cause of the failure was not determined. The RV was not repaired. Additionally, while operating the RV, there was an abnormal fuel odor present inside the RV. The RV was taken to the local mechanic who determined that the #1 fuel injector was faulty and needed to be replaced. The RV was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed of the contact of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V529000 (STRUCTURE, EQUIPMENT). The contact stated that the RV had experienced the failure listed in the recall. The failure milea…
Failure of adhesive that holds windows to frame. Had a window come separated from frame on 7/11/24 which fell from RV on the freeway and could have put other drivers at risk from falling glass. Second window adhesive failure on 3/11/25. Caused glass to become separated from frame. Did not fall off, but was hanging on by two screws to top hinge assembly. Manufacturer has denied responsibility to include our RV with a previous recall for the same issue. Recall#21V52900 Lippert case# 5696356, Entegra Case#5695734
The contact owns a 2025 Entegra Aspire RV. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated along with codes indicating that the Selective Catalytic Reduction Unit had failed. The vehicle was taken to the local RV service center who reprogrammed the Selective Catalytic Reduction Unit but later the failure reoccurred. The engine manufacturer (Cummings) was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle did not qualify for the manufacturer's extended coverage to address the failure. The failure mileage was 32,000.
The DEF system gave us a false reading and derated the engine to 5 miles per hour. We were able to make it to a repair shop and left it there.
22v-891 22v-785 recall can't get it fixed tryed everything
The Trimark ignition component failed and was subject of a 2020 recall that was not completed by the dealer who sold me this RV. The failed Trimark was returned to Spartan Chassis. It is a 2020 recall item. Component inspected and replaced by RV Repair Service, new Trimark installed and worked. There were no warnings, when it failed there was no way to start the RV and it was stuck for a week where I last shut the engine off.
In march of 2021 I left Las Vegas Nevada for home (montana) . 70 miles north on highway 93 (2 lane 70 mph ) road def level light came on . Engine power reduction in 30 miles. I then called Spartin mgf. was told to find a rock and hit the top of the DEF head.?? Ok so i did lights went out and i went on 200 miles later lights came on again! found a safe place to pull over and repeated previous instructions. Lights went out and i went on. 50 miles later I arrived in a town called Lund. (population 250) with no warning engine went to reduced engine power and slowed to 1 MPH!!! still on a 2 lane highway! this put my family"s life as well as mine and other motorists in serious danger! this motorho…
Motorhome engine went into derate mode because of faulty DEF sensor. Spartan is the chassis manufacturer and advises this is a common problem with the DEF sensors. We have since learned there is a protocol to follow to keep engine from going to 5 MPH derate mode but did not know about this at time and Spartan apparently did not know it either because they advised just getting off the road ASAP. Luckily we avoided shut down on I-95 but if it occurred on a busy interstate the safety ramifications are enormous. It seems to me a safety recall should be issued on all vehicles with this defective part and the design changed so that if a failure occurs, reasonable advance notice should be incorpora…

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2026, owners most often name: tires, engine, fuel/propulsion system. 35 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
