“THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 COACHMEN RKS (NA) BEING TOWED BY A 2009 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE QUALITY OF THE SPRINGS WAS NOT STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND ONE OF THE SPRINGS FRACTURED WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE TRAVEL TRAILER AND TOOK IT TO A REPAIR SHOP.”
