The braking seemed weak on this RV but we had no baseline to compare it with since we purchased this one new. Three years after purchasing I was underneath the vehicle tracing a wire when I found the brake line from the brake master cylinder to the rear brakes badly crimped over a bolt in the frame. The line was almost completely closed and there were shiny grooves in it from the threads on the bolt it went over. An independent RV service shop replaced the brake line and said it looked like we had been operating on front brakes only. The contact owns a 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun built on a 2018 Ford E-450 chassis. The contact stated that the window over the front cabin of the RV had detached. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), on some Ford E450 chassis may experience intermittent loss of signal at one of the wheels and display a fault on the information center of the dashboard . This fault should clear itself through normal driving but because of potential interference from the rear view camera system it is possible for the problem to re occur.

If brake lines contact the body mounts, the brake line may experience wear or damage that could lead to a brake fluid leak. According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂhard resetÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàby disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards. This TSB may not be applicable for some vehicles.
According to Ford Motor Company Recall 22V925: On your vehicle, the paint on your fuel tank may not have adhered properly and may peel. Extended peeling may expose the metal on the fuel tank and lead to long-term corrosion. Over time, corrosion in certain areas of the fuel tank may ultimately progress to a fuel vapor leak or a liquid fuel leak. If a fuel leak occurs due to corrosion, a malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate, or a fuel odor or liquid fuel may be observed. The power awning may continue to extend beyond normal end travel position after the activation switch is released due to the activation switch not having a dynamic brake function. The user may find themselves running the awning in and out several times until the optimum position is reached.
The Ford TPMS warning light will show on the dash instrument cluster indicating a missing tire pressure on one or multiple rear wheels. Due to the location of the Ford module, wireless signals from the wheel sensors to the TPMS receiver module may be blocked or weakened.
