Gasoline is leaking from the generator.. Delivery of this brand new unit was taken on 6-28-2023 .. Driven from Jacksonville Fl to my driveway in Mount Dora, FL .. A 2 hour drive .. On Sunday 7-2-2023, my wife started the generator to configure the Wi-Fi .. Fortunately I was standing by the side door and heard a liquid noise from under the vehicle .. According to FORD Recall 26C10/26V104: "It is possible that the trailer module (TRM) may lose communication at vehicle start-up. If a TRM loss of communication occurs and a trailer is connected to the vehicle, trailer stop lamps and turn signal indicators will not function. Additionally, for trailers equipped with electronic trailer brakes, the trailer brakes will not function. This loss of communication can occur with-or-without a trailer connected to the vehicle and can only initiate at vehicle start-up. According to Ford Recall 26V090: "Certain vehicles may have been built without the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal, which can cause the brake booster pushrod to separate from the brake pedal. The brake booster pushrod may disconnect from the brake pedal. This can result in a loss of braking function while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Ford has issued a âdo not drive vehicleâ order. The vehicles in this program are not to be driven until the vehicle passes the inspection or the repair has been performed."
According to Ford Recall 25V315/25S49: "The infotainment screen may freeze followed by a black screen and a system reboot. If this occurs during a backing event, the rear-view image may be frozen, missing, or delayed. A frozen rear-view camera display image while in reverse can reduce the driverâs view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash."

Once displayed, the rear camera blue or black image may persist for the remainder of the ignition ON cycle. Once present, the issue is likely to reoccur on subsequent key cycles.
