“THE DEADBOLT LOCK ON MY DOOR JAMMED AND COULD NOT BE UNLOCKED. THE INSIDE MANUAL LOCK ALSO IS JAMMED. I WENT ONLINE TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT AND FOUND A RECALL( #13E039) BY THE NHTSA ON THESE LOCKS. THE MANUFACTURER, FASTAC INDUSTRIES CORP. AGREED TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE CYLINDERS.”
