Purchased used with 30k miles and under factory bumper to bumper warranty. Noted noise when turning right slowly into parking space from front suspension as well as pop sound while going over speed bumps. Dealer replaced 3 axles (2 driver side) and confirmed noise present. Also replaced strut assembly in front which did not assist. Suspension issue unresolved to date and GM Field Tech suggests âoperating to specâ. The main issue noted is the leerching forward between gears when braking to a stop. Itâs as if car is sliding into each gear , learching while brakes applied, until stopped. This could cause accident and harm to occupants. Transmission is the 9 speed T950. Dealer r…

I was driving down the road and my vehicle lost power and quit running. Luckily I was in the lane closest to the shoulder and was able to pull over on the shoulder and was not able to restart my vehicle, but had this happened in another location this could have been a huge safety problem for me and others with the vehicle completely losing power while driving in the middle of traffic on highway 27. The vehicle is still under warranty and has 10k miles. I am the only owner of the vehicle and it has only been serviced at the Cadillac dealer. The Cadillac dealer was able to inspect my vehicle and determined that the fuel pump module went bad and replaced it and advised that this has happened t…
Vehicle Safety Complaint I am submitting this complaint regarding my 2025 Cadillac XT4 because of a serious transmission failure that created a significant safety hazard. While driving on the interstate at approximately 60 mph, the transmission suddenly malfunctioned and the vehicle lost its ability to operate normally. The transmission appeared to disengage unexpectedly, causing a sudden loss of power and creating a dangerous situation in fast-moving traffic. I was concerned that my vehicle could have been struck by other vehicles because it was no longer responding as expected. The vehicle had to be towed to an authorized Cadillac dealership for inspection and repair. After diagnosing the …
The digital instrument cluster will at random times go dark while driving. Took car to the dealership and they say there is no recall or service bulletin. This has happened so many times and i lose speedometer, fuel level and all other critical information all while driving. This is a safety issue and should be something done to resolve this as its dangerous.
DTRL failed and signal burned/melted I was unable to pass state inspection

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
