“WHILE CAR WAS UNATTENDED AT NIGHT AND PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, A FIRE STARTED, APPARENTLY UNDER THE DRIVERS SEAT. THE FIRE BURNED THROUGH THE SEAT AND INTO THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR, STARTING AT THE BOTTOM AND CONTINUING UP TO THE WINDOW OPENING.”
