“WHILE COMING TO A STOP LIGHT AND BRAKING BOTH FRONT AND REAR BRAKES HIT A BUMP ON THE ROAD. I HEAR A NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR TIRE THEREFORE I PULLED OVER TO A GAS STATION TO INSPECT AND SAW THE CALIPER MOUNT BRACE SEVERED.”

“BMW R1200GS 2010 MOTORCYCLE PART ON THROTTLE BODY WHERE THE THROTTLE CABLE ATTACHES TO THE THROTTLE BODY KEEPS ON CRACKING. IT IS A PLASTIC PART WHEN ALL PREVIOUS MODELS WERE METAL. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES ON MY BIKE SO FAR.”

“WHILE RIDING AT 25MPH, WITH A ONE-THIRD FULL TANK OF FUEL, THE FUEL WARNING AND CAUTION WARNING LAMPS ILLUMINATED AND THE FUEL QUANTITY INDICATOR BECAME INOPERATIVE. THE TANK WAS FILLED IMMEDIATELY AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. THERE NOW IS NO RELIABLE WAY TO JUDGE REMAINING FUEL ON-BOARD.”
