- Problem
- Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2015-2022 ACTT (Xspotter) and ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
- Risk
- Insufficient air volume can reduce brake function, extending the distance required to stop and increasing the risk of a crash.
- Fix
- Dealers will inspect and replace or add additional air tanks as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed August 29, 2025. - A park brake warning light that illuminates incorrectly increases the risk of a crash.

- A high pressure fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

- Cummins will replace the fuel tubes, and install vibration isolators, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed January 28, 2022.
