The following events occurred during the final stages of the purchase of a new Recreational Vehicle. The RV was in the possession and control of Blue Compass RV San Antonio; we had not yet taken possession of or accepted delivery of the vehicle. We were informed by Blue Compass that this vehicle is subject to NHTSA Campaign 26V337000 / Lippert Recall 26E032 and could not be removed from lot until the recall had been performed. NHTSA states that affected shock bolts may be incorrectly tightened, and that broken shock-retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing crash risk. The recall requires replacement of the shock bolts. Blue Compass told us the RV could …
The front-end steel frame and structural assembly failed. The steel frame moves independently from the aluminum walls/body. Steel outriggers were not attached to the walls (both sides near propane compartments), main front beam mounting hardware was loose, and the front cap had inadequate attachment. The RV remains available for inspection. This defect compromises structural integrity while towing, creating risk of frame/body separation, loss of control at highway speeds, or catastrophic failure that could cause a crash, injury, or death to occupants and other road users. The defect was confirmed by independent service center Creekside RV (Salem, UT) through tear-down inspection, forklift te…
The contact owns a 2024 Alliance Paradigm RV. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V324000 (EQUIPMENT); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
What component or system failed? The inner brake pad material on the front wheel of the door side and off door side separated. The material did not come unbonded from the pad plate, the material itself separated. I have the pads and pictures of the failure. How was your safety put at risk? The material could have become jammed in the brakes. This could have caused the single brake to lock up (possible loss of control), cause a brake to overheat to failure, or catch the tire on fire. The material could have totally come loose. This could have caused a brake line to be severed causing loss of brakes or, due to loss of pad material, a reduction in braking capability. Has the problem been repr…
The contact owns a 2021 Alliance Paradigm RV. The contact stated that the flex frame was sagging in the overhead. The contact stated that there were noticeable cracks in the frame. The contact stated that the RV was unusable. The RV was taken to an RV facility, but the RV was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but was unable to assist until 2026. The manufacturer suggested that the RV be taken approximately 2,000 miles away for the repair. The failure mileage was unknown.
The contact owns a 2022 Alliance Paradigm RV. The contact stated that while the RV was parked, the contact and his wife became aware that the awning fabric had separated partially at the heat weld of the fabric. The awning was then closed and almost instantly, the fabric fell to the ground, and the arms were bent. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact believed that the failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V512000 (Equipment). The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
The contact owns a 2022 Alliance RV Paradigm. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the front passengerâs side awning slid out unintendedly. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was referred to a dealer. The dealer inspected the RV and informed the contact that the failure was related to structural damage. The manufacturer contested the dealer's findings and referred the contact to another dealer. The second dealer also confirmed that the failure was related to structural damage caused by the wall studs fracturing from the RV steel subframe. The RV remained in the possession of the dealer unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
Aluminum wheel spokes cracking on OEM wheels. I did a close up inspection on the aluminum wheels on my unit and found several spoke cracks developing on 2 of 4 wheels (one almost completely across the spoke) rendering my unit unsafe to transport.

In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2021–2026, owners most often name: equipment, structure, wheels. 13 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
