Settlement Class is a result of court or other public records indicating that you were subjected to physical arrest during political protests in the City of Cincinnati from May 29 through June 8, 2020, were charged with a misdemeanor(s), and had those charges dismissed. If you fit into this definition, you may be eligible for compensation.
