My car Vibrates drastically, can see it while im looking at the engine. I can feel it in the car from the floor all way up to my steering wheel. I had a private mechanic look at it amd he verified the drastic vibration of the whole engine block. Only checked over by my private mechanic. I've always noticed it since I got it. Vibration has gotten worse over the years. No warning lights I've seen besides the one that has 2 wave like lines under an exclamation point.

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
