Two days before I had heard about the 2022 Bentley Flying Spur crashing in Niagara Falls. When I heard of this crash I immediately …
The front seats in this vehicle, when moved to allow back seat access, do not return to the original position. They move totally backward, trapping the person sitting in the back. I know it has been recalled and I took it to the dealer for the service. Dimmit automotive Service Department had the car for 24 hours and the seat is not fixed. This is a dangerous recall. How can I get Dimmit Automotive in Pinellas Park, Florida, to actually do this repair? Please, I have grandchildren who love to ride in the …

Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation public data (complaints, manufacturer communications, investigations), model years 2010 and later. Had a safety problem? Report it to NHTSA.
In complaints filed with NHTSA for model years 2010–2027, owners most often name: electrical system, engine, seats. 10 complaints are on record.
No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
