I tried to charge my Q4 at home, the charging connector to the car had warning red light. So, I checked up dashboard. It's said that AC charging is limited. Eventually, I can't charge. I went to the audi dealer. They said it's simple software issue. Waited 2 hours, one day works fine. Same issue. They don't know what to do. I am still wating from audi USA.
The contact owns a 2025 Audi Q4 Sportback E-tron. The contact stated that while the vehicle was inside the car wash, the contact shifted the transmission from neutral(N) to drive(D), but the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. The contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the car wash wall, damaging the front driver's side of the vehicle. Police arrived at the scene, but no police report was filed because the crash had occurred on private property. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard. The dealer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.
The air conditioner warning light came on in April 2026. I took it to dealer to be checked. Dealer said no problem. That warning light went on intermittently through May, June and July. By end of July I took it back to dealer. The evaporator was indeed malfunctioning and emitting carbon dioxide into the cabin when the air conditioner was on. While repairing the evaporator system, the plastic cover over the ground stud broke and required replacement. The vehicle was out of service for 10 working days.
While driving in the left lane on a particularly bumpy section of Interstate 5 South in Seattle (just before the NE 50th Street overpass), I had to quickly hit my brakes as traffic abruptly slowed. The Audie "Pre-sense" sytem did trigger, but emergency autonomous braking did not. My car did not slow down as I hit the brake, and I had to swerve onto the shoulder and put it in "B" mode to trigger full regenerative braking to stop the car. The weather was clear and the road was dry. I had previously had the vehicle in to the dealer as the brakes were making a load creaking sound, which they indicated was normal. The day after this most recent incident, the vehicle was towed (at the dealership…
Vehicle fail to start in drive mode. Noticed "Electrical System malfunction" error. Notified Audi chantilly. So far they didn't provide any loaner vehicle from Audi.
I purchased a new 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron. The first malfunction occurred in January 2025 when a dashboard warning appeared stating the vehicle was âunable to read traffic or road signs.â The dealer confirmed a front-camera sensor failure and replaced the camera under Repair Order #193312 (1/17/25 â 1/29/25) at approximately 397 miles. In February 2025, the vehicle displayed repeated âdrive system malfunctionâ warnings and would not start reliably. The dealer determined the issue was linked to the 12-volt battery and replaced it under RO #194457 (2/24/25 â 3/14/25, 866 miles). Soon after, persistent drive-system and electrical faults continued (RO #195096 and #195241 from 3/17 â 3…

No. A complaint is an unverified report from an owner. A technical service bulletin (TSB) is the manufacturer telling dealers how to fix a known issue; it is not a safety recall and is usually covered only under warranty. A recall is a formal safety action, and its repair is free.
File a vehicle safety complaint at NHTSA.gov. NHTSA reads every report, and patterns of complaints are what open defect investigations and, eventually, recalls.
