The gym set is chrome colored with a blue top horizontal bar. The 18 Menard retail stores in the North Central region of the U.S. sold these gym sets from July 1991 through August 1998 for about $50. PROBLEM: If assembled incorrectly, the glider support tube on these gym sets could bend or break, causing the riders to fall or be thrown from the glider. INCIDENTS/INJURIES: A three-year-old boy was thrown to the ground when the support tube on the gym set broke. He did not suffer any injuries. WHAT TO DO: Consumers should not allow children to ride on the gym set glider until they check if their gym set is assembled correctly.
