Why was Perego "Avanti" stroller recalled?

An infant seated in the stroller may put his mouth over a metal wire guide that runs parallel to the stroller's arm rest. The child's chin may then be caught in the one-inch space between the wire guide and the arm rest, resulting in lacerations to the mouth, and in some cases, loosening of teeth or loss of teeth.
