Incidents: ENVE has received five reports of the left leg of the fork cracking above the disc brake mount. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled forks and contact ENVE for a full refund or a substitute Road Fork 2.0 Disc 1.5" taper model and appropriate headset replacement. ENVE is contacting consumers who purchased the bicycle forks directly.
Sold At: Authorized ENVE dealers nationwide and online from June 2014 through December 2015 for about $540 for the fork.
