Incidents: Barnett has received two reports of the wrist strap slipping off and the body of the sling striking the users in the face, with one consumer receiving bruises and the other suffering facial fractures.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled slingshots and contact Barnett to receive a free replacement wrist strap.
