Incidents: Johnson Health Tech is aware of two injuries, including a man who was hit and cut on the head when the handle detached and another man who fell when the handle detached on his machine.
Remedy: Owners should immediately prevent people from using the strength training machines and contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free repair.
